15:07  Someone having the volume turned off in every area of their life, in their career, in their fitness, in their nutrition, and their relationship and they're always at maxing out the volume of the stereo and they’re walking around in a circle, like, why is it always so loud.  I'm like, oh my gosh, you just have to start turning down the volume in some of these areas of your life and so the first one for me that I picked was fitness and I think I kind of just slowly started turning down all the intensity in each area of my life - Caroline Ofenstein

Today’s guest is Caroline Ofenstein a Certified Personal Trainer, Integrated Health Coach and IFBB Bikini Professional who specializes in helping women reach their optimum health and fitness from the inside out.  After her own journey of hopping from one extreme diet and fitness regime to the next, she discover the power of manifestation and started to combine the science of health with the spiritual aspect of connecting the mind, body and soul.  Through relearning how to honor and trust her body, she has achieved a balance with fitness, food and fun that she never thought possible and it’s her mission to help other women do the same.
